Order processing and delivery

You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed.

Orders are delivered to UM Health-Sparrow SPA office weekly. Once your order arrives at the SPA office a SPA team member will contact you via your UM Health-Sparrow email address.

Order Inquiries

Please have your order number ready when calling to inquire about an order.  We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday's 11am - 3pm EST or by email at orders@ceplansing.com.
