Order processing and delivery

All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of order.  You will receive an order conformation when your order is placed.

Orders are delivered to UM Health-Sparrow SPA office weekly. Once your order arrives at the SPA office a SPA team member will contact you via your UM Health-Sparrow email address.

Please have your order number ready when calling to inquire about an order.  We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday's 11am - 3pm EST or by email at orders@ceplansing.com.
